The Winter Indepedent Study

is an 3 ½ week intensive, self-paced

investigation into your working processes.

You will have access to the Mac Lab, our digital arts studio on campus, providing the rich software

and hardware resources you need to build your portfolio.

Led by Professor Kenneth Jones, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your art, get useful critical feedback and learn skills of editing your work in the format of a professional portfolio you can use for

a job, exhbition opportunity or admission to an art college.

And, you’ll have fun doing it !

Begins January 4 - Ends January 22, 2010

Only 6 credits total per student can be awarded for

independent study.  Students who have completed

15 hours of college-level coursework are eligible.
